In a dream, Wei-Chen believed the legendary Fourth Scroll could quell a rebellion against Heaven. The dream also foretold that a regular adolescent would eventually help him in his hunt. Wei-Chen then takes his father’s magical staff and is currently hunting for the scroll in actual California while posing as a high school student, sure that Jin is the regular adolescent from his prophecy dream.
