Asobi Asobase is a Japanese anime based on the manga series written and illustrated by Rin Suzukawa. The Anime adaptation aired from July to September 2018. The Anime is directed by Seiji Kishi, Produced by Shō Tanaka, Shigeki Yamada, Aya Iizuka, Kaori Kimura, Mitsuhiro Ogata, and Written by Yūko Kakihara and the music was given by Masato Koda.
There is a total of 12 episodes in the show. This series focuses on Hanako Honda, Olivia, and Kasumi Nomura. The three of them are second-year students at an all-girls high middle school, they are a part of a club at school which is not an officially recognized club. But the club has very ambiguous goals.
Asobi Asobase Season 1 Plot
The plot of the first season revolves around three classmates Hanako Honda, Olivia and Kasumi Nomura. /one of them is good at games but as she always loses to her elder sister she starts hating it and is forced to do chores while growing up. The other girl is American but born in Japan, she pretends to be bad at Japanese. The third girl observes other girls’ games and always loses to others.

Asobi Asobase Season 2 Release Date
This show has a very big fanbase and all the fans are eagerly waiting for the next season to release. Asobi Asobase is one of the Anime of all time, it has been gaining fans since day one. The creators of the show have not given any official news regarding season 2. The next season is not cancelled because according to the Manga edition there is a lot that needs to be covered in the upcoming seasons.
The story is not over yet the plot can still be continued in the next season. As it is the adaptation of the Manga series and the Manga series is still running hence there is a lot of content for the creation of the show. So let’s be positive and hope that the creators of the show will announce the date of next season soon till then enjoy watching the first season!

The plot of the previous season got a lot of love from the audience and hence we can expect a similar plot for season 2. The meaning of Asobo Asobase is playing pastime games. The three girls in the series do not like to play games at all. The plot of season 2 will revolve around the same story. We can expect a new season soon.

As the creators have not yet announced anything about the next season there is no official trail out yet. but we can definitely expect the teaser to get released in 2022.
