Demon Lord Retry Season 2 Renewed? Check Here

Demon Lord, Retry Season 2 has been in the talks since the last episode ended claiming “to be continued!”

In 2016, the user-generated novel publication website Shsetsuka ni Nar and the website Hameln both started serializing the Japanese fantasy light novel series Kurone Kanzaki and Kji Ogata created. Later, Futabasha bought it and has been publishing the series under the Monster Bunko banner since June 2017. Since October 2017, Web Comic Action, a digital magazine from Futabasha, has been serializing a manga adaptation with illustrations by Amaru Minotake. The first volume of the English-translated light novel and manga series will be released in November 2019 according to a license obtained by J-Novel Club in July 2019.

So, what’s up? Here’s all we know about Demon Lord Retry season 2.

Ekachi Epilka’s adaptation as an anime television series aired on Tokyo MX and BS Fuji from July 4 to September 19, 2019.

The renewal of Demon Lord Retry for a second season has not been announced by the anime’s production studio. The final episode of season 12, “to be continued,” should not be interpreted as an anime declaration.

It is plausible that the producer has already prepared the second season if we take into account the promise to be kept in Episode 12. The issue is that a year has passed and there has not been a single piece of continuation-related news. Like other anime series, it’s also conceivable that the pandemic scenario caused the postponement of Demon Lord Retry season 2.

Considering that anime projects take longer to schedule and create, it is feasible that Demon Lord, Retry! Season 2 will be published in 2022.

  • Hakuto Kunai (九内 伯斗, Kunai Hakuto) / Akira Ōno (大野 晶, Ōno Akira) voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda; Josh Grelle- Infinity Game was developed by Akira Ono, who has also served as its administrator for fifteen years. Outside of his fervent belief that God does not exist, he has an ordinary look and is humble; otherwise, he appears to be entirely normal. He has played video games for countless hours, developing a wealth of expertise in his field. He also possesses exceptional acting talent as a working adult, which he utilizes to retain the appearance of his character, Hakuto Kunai, the self-declared Demon Lord of the Great Empire.
  • Aku (アク, Aku) voiced by Kanon Takao; Natalie Hoover- Aku, a 13-year-old female with red and green heterochromia eyes, short blonde hair, and an androgynous look. She has a green eye, and her long fringe covers the left half of her face. She is Kunai’s first companion after entering the game, and she has a right leg infection that makes it difficult for her to walk normally.
  • Luna Elegant (ルナ・エレガント, Runa Ereganto) voiced by Kaori Ishihara; Kristen McGuire- 16-year-old Luna has rose-colored eyes and hair. She respects her sisters while they are around, but the youngest Holy Maiden in the Kingdom of Holy Light is determined to one day outperform them both. Her natural talent and high levels of magical power have made her conceited and narcissistic, with an exaggerated view of her own abilities. However, in her first real fight, Kunai quickly and humiliatingly defeated her, including spanking her multiple times, which he used on several occasions as a threat to keep her attitude in check.
  • Killer Queen (キラー・クイーン, Kiraa Kuiin) voiced by Haruka Tomatsu; Caitlin Glass- The 17-year-old middle sister of the Holy Maidens is known as Killer Queen, albeit her violent, nasty demeanor is more appropriate for her moniker than her title. She has amber eyes, untidy braided golden hair that falls to her ankles, a voluptuous physique, and is dressed in a short white and blue dress with black leggings and gold boots. She is otherwise a wild beauty.
  • Angel White (エンジェル・ホワイト, Enjeru Howaito) voiced by Aki Toyosaki; Megan Shipman- called beautiful beyond words, she is The Holy Maidens’ 18-year-old (the oldest sister). She is the only one of the three that can be described as “normal,” being composed, devout, honest, and always attempting to assess the situation. She is dressed in a white gown with a veil that reveals her cleavage, elbow-length gloves, and silver boots. She has long, brilliant pink hair and fuchsia eyes.
  • Yū Kirino (桐野 悠, Kirino Yū) voiced by Rina Satō; Katelyn Barr
  • Isami Tahara (田原 勇, Tahara Isami) voiced by Tomokazu Seki; Eric Rolon

  • Kyon voiced by Kazusa Aranami; Kimberly Grace
