Created for Netflix by Mairghread Scott, Dragon Age: Absolution is a South Korean but English language adult action adventure animated fantasy drama television series that is produced by Red Dog Culture House under the supervision of BioWare. The show is set in a fictional universe during BioWare’s Dragon Age. It focuses on the consequences of a heist that takes place at a Tevinter Imperium. During the heist, the robbers tried to steal the Curriculum Infinitus which is an artifact powered by blood magic. The mission fails and the mercenaries are asked to acquire the artifact deal.
The makers have hired some talented voice artists for the characters of the series that include Kimberly Brooks, Ashly Burch, Phil LaMarr, Josh Keaton, Matthew Mercer, Sumalee Montano, Keston John, and Zehra Fazal.
The animated series was announced in June 2022, at Netflix’s Geeked Week event and also confirmed that the series would be produced by Korean animation studio Red Dog Culture House and Canadian company BioWare and helmed by showrunner Mairghread Scott.
