Entourage Season 9 Plot
Vincent Chase is essential to the plot of Entourage. His best friend and manager is Eric Murphy. Eric Weinstein, Mark Wahlberg’s buddy and executive producer, is the inspiration for “E,” as he is affectionately known by his friends. He’s also claimed to be influenced by Mark Wahlberg’s manager, Stephen Levinson.
Johnny “Drama” Chase is Vince’s elder brother his personal chef, trainer, and bodyguard. Johnny is a low-budget actor who previously starred in the fake show Viking Quest. Though he had earned less recognition than he would have liked, his appearance in the new fictional popular show Five Towns began to resuscitate his fame and career.
As the series progressed, more and more roles were offered to the cast. Thanks to Vince’s help, Drama now has his own animated TV show called “Johnny’s Bananas” and has landed a new TV movie. Donnie Wahlberg hired Johnny “Drama” Alves (Mark Wahlberg’s cousin) to keep his younger brother out of trouble, and Drama is based on him.
Another of Vince’s childhood mates, Salvatore “Turtle” Assante, rounds out the group. Turtle’s formal duty is as Vince’s driver and assistant, however, his value as such is sometimes questioned. Carroll died as a result of an asthma attack on December 18, 2005.
