‘First Kill’ is an upcoming American supernatural teen drama created by V.E. Schwab. It is based on the short story ‘First Kill’ written by V.E. Schwab. V. E. Schwab, Felicia D. Henderson, Emma Roberts, and Karah Preiss are the executive producers of the series.
First Kill Season 2 Release Date & Updates
The first episode of Season one of ‘First Kill’ is airing on June 10, 2022, on Netflix. The working of the series started long back in October. On October 15, 2020, Netflix gave the order for eight one-hour-long episodes. Schwab and Henderson are working together to finish the writings of the episodes. Later, on April 21, 2021, we got the next news saying that Jet Wilkinson will be directing the first two episodes of the series.
After watching the clips and trailers of the series ‘First Kill’ audience is desperately waiting for its release on June 10th. The entire crew is busy doing promotions and interviews. Well, as soon we hear about a new series being released, the second question that comes to our mind is about the continuation of the series. Well, the series has not been released yet, so we cannot predict the future. But after watching the trailer we can say that the series is gonna be a hit. First Kill Season 1 Plot
Falling in love is not an easy task, imagine falling in love with your enemy. Well, complicated business right? Falling in love is a tricky task for the teens Juliette and Calliope. Juliette is a teenage vampire waiting to make her first kill so that she can make her powerful vampire family proud. After rejecting a few preys she keeps her eye on the new girl in town Calliope. But things take a nasty turn when she realizes that Calliope is a vampire hunter. Quite an interesting storyline right? On the other hand, Calliope is from a prestigious family of slayers and just like Juliette, she is also waiting to make her first kill.
Now that they have set their eyes on each other, killing has become more difficult. Juliette is a sweet and shy girl, though being a born vampire she doesn’t want to turn into a monster. On the other side, Calliope is a courageous and strong vampire hunter whose external appearance scares everyone. They are stuck between their family legacies and their true love for each other. Will they be able to choose one?

The cast has remained silent when they are questioned about the series. They are careful and strict that they won’t share any crucial information regarding the series. They want the audience to experience the story on their own. But still the actor Dominic Goodman, who plays the role of Calliope’s brother has shared a little information about the series. He says that the series has a heavy presence of the family of vampire hunters. He also adds that it will be pretty interesting to watch a family full of Black vampires performing cool actions. That’s it! What more do we want, of course, he can’t just say the entire story right. Well, like he said t will be an exciting journey.
