It initially appeared in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in March 2020 and has led to 12 volumes since last month. An anime adaptation by Tezuka Productions aired on the Animeism programming block from July to September last year. A second season has already been confirmed.

Girlfriend, Girlfriend Season 2 Release Date
The first season of Kanojo mo Kanojo aired on July 3, 2021, with 12 episodes, and ended on September 18, 2021. The anime was initially released in Japan on JNN (MBA, TBS, BS-TBS) and AT-X.

She tries to separate them and Saki Saki is not ready to accept Naoya again and he is already battling to keep both sides happy. Rika is trying to get Naoya’s attention in between all this.
Rika will be an important part of Naoya and his girlfriend’s life in Season 2. She may not give up on trying to become the lead’s girlfriend.
