This Brazilian streaming television series based on the novel of the same name follows the life of Veronica Torres, a married police clerk with two children, who always aspired to be a detective. She eventually gets the perfect chance when a woman commits suicide in the police precinct. The show aims at exposing rapacious men who act like war champions and prophets.

After the first season of ‘Good Morning, Veronica’ was released on October 1, 2022, with 8 episodes, season 2 was released on August 3, 2022, with 6 episodes. All the episodes with a running time of 41-55 minutes per episode were released on the premiere day itself for each season.
As of now, there is no news about the renewal of the show for season 3, either by the creators or Netflix. But if the show is to be renewed sometime soon, it could have a potential release date sometime in the Fall of 2023. After seeing the season 2 finale, fans were stunned and left hanging with some unanswered questions. At the end of the episode, Angela finally shatters Matias’ grip on power when she speaks out against him during a church service, while Giselle emerges from hiding to work with Angela. Matthias’ church fortunes are fading, and several women are speaking out against him, in addition to Gloria Volp whistling against Matthias, leading to broad law enforcement scandals. However, Matthias still has some loyal warriors, and one of them, Dome, seems particularly fearsome. Mathias arranges for Dome to kidnap Veronica’s daughter Lila.
With an extended Season 3, the show could complete the story’s cliffhanger by revealing that Mathias never left Veronica’s side and that the Dome’s identity will finally be revealed. Upon further investigation, it could become apparent that he is someone we already know under another identity, possibly to the viewers’ disappointment. In a potential third season, we can expect Gloria Volp to take center stage, continuing her role as the main character. In the meantime, Veronica will struggle to keep her family safe. Either way, season 3 will definitely see a mix of investigation and another family story.
