Season 6 of the American mystery drama Greenleaf premiered on Netflix on March 1. The drama occurs within a family. Members of the family make an effort to portray the perfect family unit in this series. They put forth a lot of effort to ensure that the members of their Memphis megachurch don’t find out about the lies and scandals that have plagued the leadership.

While the series finale is satisfyingly definitive, it’s still a challenge to say goodbye. It’s done, as expected, and season 5 was the last in this riveting series. Still, the news of a May 2020 announcement for an untitled spin-off where a teaser was provided is exciting news for all the fans and supporters. After the fifth season of Greenleaf concludes on August 11, the show will not be returning for a sixth season. A Greenleaf spinoff, however, is supposedly in the works, so fans of the megachurch drama’s world won’t have to wait long for new content.
Greenleaf Season 6 Plot
Without knowing if the show will return for a sixth season or not. Last season ended with Lady Mae’s (the mother) grateful thanks to her daughter Grace (for bringing peace). James Greenleaf is no longer with us, either.No official statements are made on the storyline. The trailer delivery is currently delayed. Surely the spinoff will be as entertaining as the original series Greenleaf.
Greenleaf Season 6 Cast
Season 6 of Greenleaf will not air on television for the reasons indicated above. The actors of Season 5 may, however, be seen in the offshoot series, which is now in production. But we anticipate there will be some new cast members. Keith David is a standout as Bishop James Greenleaf (From Scratch).
Daisy Mae Greenleaf was played by Lynn Whitfield. They have three kids: Grace, Jacob, and Charity Greenleaf. Grace, the eldest child, has returned home after being away for twenty years. Jacob, the second son, is also a minister in the Church’s pastoral staff. Charity, the youngest, was the minister of music.
