This rom-com revolves around 15-year-old, Shuoko Komi, the it-girl of Itan Private High School. Everyone else is awestruck by her and wowed by her beauty, grace, and absolute perfectionism. After the introductions, the ordinary schoolboy, Hirohito Tadano, who sits beside her in class discovers her social anxiety and withdrawn nature in general.

In spite of her severe communication disorder and introverted nature Komi dreams to make a hundred friends before her graduation and Tadano makes a promise to his now new friend that he shall help her to make the remaining ninety-nine friends and fulfill her dream. He eventually helps her to break her bubble and reach out to people to become more social and make more friends.

Meanwhile, all the boys plan to eliminate Tadano so that they can sit beside the most gorgeous girl in the class as Komi had everyone’s attention owing to her elegance and immense beauty. To the public, Komi seems cold and above everyone else but in reality, she is struggling to blend with people. Tadano motivates her and imbibes their confidence in her to socialize.

Much to the dismay of the fans, there has been no information about the renewal of Komi Can’t Communicate from any official sources or the makers yet. The series is a fan favorite, especially for all the anime lovers, and is a hit on Netflix which is why the audience would be quite heartbroken if they don’t get a season 3.
