Like an anime version of I’m Old Enough!, this brief episode introduces Kotaro as he fumbles his way through adulthood, and it also follows his neighbours as they quickly become friendly with him to learn more about him and why he is living alone.
Not what I was expecting from a show like this, but the way everything is put up makes it all the more sweet, sincere, and even tragically adorable. It’s got funny parts, and I did laugh out loud a few times, but I think the show’s primary goal is telling human tales rather than eliciting laughter, and for that, it deserves my respect even if I didn’t enjoy every minute of it. It took me a few episodes, but once I did, I was hooked. This is an excellent anime for fans of realistic depictions of everyday life.

Despite his tender years, Kotaro shows maturity and maturity above his years as he shows his will to build a good life for himself while he waits to be reunited with his parents.

All of the characters are fantastic. I’ve recently become obsessed with this series because of how well it was put together. I have looked high and low for a similar series but have come up empty. This show can make viewers cry with laughter. As a result, you’ll value what you already have more. Even though I’ve watched a lot of great anime, this is the first one that made me want to write a review. Anime fans have been blessed with an absolute masterpiece. I want to thank Mami Tsumura and the other actors for creating an outstanding story.
