Law And Order – Organized Crime season 3, the seventh series in the Law & Order franchise and a spin-off of Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, has returned for season 3 in September 2022. Created by the famous Dick Wolf, this crime series has a single-episode storyline that takes multiple episodes for resolution.
The co-creators and showrunners of the show are Dick Wolf, Ilene Chaiken, and Matt Olmstead, and is developed by Warren Leight and Julie Martin. Besides being co-creators, Dick Wolf and Ilene Chaiken are also executive producers along with Arthur W. Forney, Peter Jankowski, Fred Berner, Terry Miller, and Christopher Meloni. The first season premiered on April 1, 2021, and was renewed for a second season comprising 24 episodes but only 22 episodes were produced. The second season premiered on September 23, 2021, and the series was renewed in May 2022 for a third season, which premiered on September 22, 2022.

The list of main characters reprising their roles are:
• Christopher Meloni- The dedicated actor is back to play Detective Elliot Stabler. We have also seen him as Don Wild in ‘Maxxx’, George Winslow in ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ and August Pullman in ‘Underground’.
• Danielle Moné Truitt- we see the actress returning to give another power-packed performance for this season. She was previously also seen as Dr. Angela Douglass in ‘Chicago Med’ and Charlie Minnick in ‘Deputy and Sheila in Snowfall’.
• Ainsley Seiger- the actress playing Detective Jet Slootmaekers, is the last one in the core group of characters. She was also seen as Jet on ‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’.
Some other actors we see reprising their roles as recurring characters are Ellen Burstyn (‘The First Lady, House of Cards’), Nicky Torchia (‘The Goldfinch, Black Mirror’), Mike Cannon (‘Gotham, The Blacklist’), and Rachel Lin (‘Bull’).
As for the new additions, we see Brent Antonello as Detective Jamie Whelan. The actor is quite famously known for playing Hank Sullivan in ‘Dynasty’ as well as for his portrayal of Jude Kinkade in VH1’s ‘Hit the Floor’. We also witness Rick Gonzalez playing Detective Bobby Reyes, who is known for playing Timo Cruz in ‘Coach Carter’, as well as for portraying Ben Gonzalez in ‘Reaper’.

While this is going on, Angela Wheatley (Tamara Taylor) hides Dana (Christina Marie Karis) in order to keep her from losing access to the codes to his cyber currency scheme that will allow her to pay the hitman targeting Eli. With Richard released from prison, things continue to go badly for Stabler as he is likely not pleased with the person who locked him up.
Sergeant Bell’s wife left him in light of the sergeant’s raid of Congressman Kilbride’s law offices. Not only did she leave, but she also took the couple’s child with her. Viewers will see in this season whether the two can repair their broken marriage or if they’re headed for a messy split. We will also witness the young romance building between Jet and Adam “Malachi” Mintock, as we see her falling in love with Adam. Fans are also excited to experience Olivia and Elliot as they continue to dance in love.
