One Punch Man is a very famous hard-core superhero action manga adapted from the original webcomic by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata of EyeShield 21. It includes some of the most iconic fighting and violence scenes with intricate illustrations and character descriptions.
The long-awaited face-off between Garou and Saitama has also finally started. They exchange blows while Garou unconsciously continues helping people and be praised for it. He first helps the people who have been trapped underground for fighting against all these monsters and then after blowing up the active volcano.

Lightning Max is questionable about the defeats of Sage Centipede and Evil Ocean Water for which Tareo responds that it was Garou, his uncle who trampled them indeed. Surprisingly, an earthquake happens suddenly and indicates new developments soon.
Meanwhile, the clash between Garou and Saitama starts for real being the source of the seismic. Although Garou attacks him rather ruthlessly Saitama is still able to reiterate somewhat comfortably and fend off his assault.
As the violent fight between Garou and Saitama continues including mass destruction to the land and both parties constantly throwing vicious blows and then regenerating. Garou then attacks so hard Saitama is sent off to the other heroes far away and as Tareo comes up to him Garou’s body then starts mutating, which scares him. Now seeing Garou as a monster, all the other heroes along with Tareo get on a boat and head towards the sea. But Tareo slinks away and swims back to land to see Garou.

The story revolves around Saitama who became a hero for fun and after three years of training turns out to be so powerful that he can defeat his enemies by a single punch. Saitama is then ready to start all his official duties as a professional hero working with the Hero Association.

One Punch Man Chapter 164 Release Date and Time
The One Punch Man manga by ONE is released on a weekly basis every Saturday but still, the manga has quite a spontaneous schedule for its release and the author may publish a chapter whenever he wishes to do so. Mostly new chapters are released either on the first or the last Saturday of each month. So, One Punch Man may be released on May 28th, 2022, following that trend as the previous chapter was also released on April 28th.
However, it will take a few days more time for the English-translated versions to come out.
