Created for British Sky Broadcasting by Steve Warr and Bill Rudgard, Road Wars Season 8 is a police reality television program. Road Wars had eight series in total. There were four special episodes that were released in 2005, and they featured British cops going to the U.S. and finding the difference between the behavior of criminals and police. Three compilations called Ultimate Road Wars were released from November to December 2008. They featured action from the initial six series.

The first half of the show was narrated by Lee Boardman as villain Jez Quigley in the ITV soap, and the second half was done by Claire Goose, who appeared as inspector Rachel Weston in the ITV series The Bill.

The series aired from 2003 to 2010. Produced by Raw Cut TV productions, the show debuted on July 26, 2003. Consisting of 7 long seasons and 88 episodes, the series concluded on January 24, 2010. The seventh season is the last season of the documentary series Road Wars, aired on January 24, 2010, on Sky1. The show first premiered on July 26, 2003. But there is no update about any new season of the show. The audiences have to wait for a little longer for the makers’ announcement of the show’s renewal. The show has featured criminals and their acts alongside the responsibility of the cops to capture them. The show focused on American Roadways where accidents are common, and they are prone to extreme situations like bad weather. Thomas Valley officers capture video footage of the incidents and the culprits involved. They mostly use 3.0L V6 Vauxhall Omegas. They have the responsibility to battle crime at a place where street robbers and burglars are commonly found. Officers from Thames Valley were mostly featured until Season 6, and it later shifted to Devon and Cornwall.

Mancunian Lee Boardman, English Actor and Narrator, narrates the show by stating that here things are always unexpected. The first six series featured 14 members of the Thames police force called Tango Victor. They are popular as Tango Vulture since they swoop to steal arrests from other officers as they perform their duties. It led to a two-part series, Road War USA, where Andy Samuels and Chris Piggogt spent a few months with a Gang Unit in Chicago. They observed the practice of law enforcement in the US, and the program is also approved by the Association Of Chief Police Officers. The show focused on car crime and the way the cops try to prevent them.
