In Critics’ Choice Super Awards and Saturn Awards 2021, Patrick Stewart won the Best Actor award in a Science Fiction Series. In Motion Picture Sound Editors Awards 2021, for “Et in Arcadia Ego, Part 2”, Tim Farrell, Chris Moriana, Matthew E. Taylor, Harry Cohen, Clay Weber, Alyson Dee Moore, Darrin Mann, and Michael Schapiro won the award of Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing – Sound Effects and Foley for Episodic Long Form Broadcast Media. In the same year, at NAACP Image Awards, for “Remembrance,” Hanelle Culpepper won the award of Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series.

The makers have not revealed many details about Star Trek: Picard Season 3. However, showrunner Terry Matalas wished to end Jean-Luc Picard’s storyline so audiences would be satisfied. The Wrath of Khan will reportedly inspire the main plot. This was hinted at in the second season when Dr. Adam Soong found a secret folder titled ‘Project Khan’ in LA 2024.

Alex Kurtzman confirmed the same at an event. Kurtzman will showcase everything by considering it the last Next Gen movie. It will explore the personal life of the characters. The antagonist will be a new character played by a well-known face from Hollywood.
