The story begins with a group of students on a graduation trip in the mountains of Asturias, Spain. The audience is introduced to the main character of the series, Alma. Much is revealed about her past where she had a twin sister, Lara who died when she was young. Many romantic interests also come across in the story. Apparently, Alma has a best friend, Deva whose affection for her is very evident. The group is fun-loving and youthful.
Finally, the group prepares to leave and head back home. However, something unforeseen prevails upon them. It is seen that some strange red and black shadows are following their bus. Without thinking much, the bus driver continues driving. However, luck did not favor them much and the bus fell down a cliff. The accident leads to many deaths and countable survivors. Alma is one of them. She survives with many physical injuries and a diagnosed with amnesia.
Finally, after gaining consciousness, Alma decides to recall her past and her sister’s obsession with mythical creatures. Will Alma ever be able to find out the truth about the creatures? Are the shadows evil? Is her sister still alive? Will, she ever be able to recall her past and find out whose memories have been planted inside her brain?
