The actor, however, has discovered that the present characters have more to offer. Thus everyone from the original group is wanted back if The Outlaws is renewed. This would also include Darren Boyd as John Halloran, played by Walken, Merchant, and Tomlinson, who at the end of season 2 announced he was suing his father and former boss for unfair dismissal.
