According to the creators, “The Son’s” second installment will be the final season. They also stated that the second season would have ten episodes, which would be sufficient to convey to the public the entire storey.

The fundamental cause for the show’s cancellation was never revealed by them. However, it is claimed that they ran out of ideas, leading to the show’s cancellation. Furthermore, the novel (from which it was adapted) only contains two stories.

Although the show was cancelled, we may expect the creators to write a new script in the near future! Let’s sit back and see what happens; as soon as we have additional information, we will certainly update this page.

One of the reasons for the show’s cancellation is because the novel only has two parts. The first season covered the first half of the novel, while the second season covered the second half.
