We The People Season 2 Plot

We The People is a short film with a total duration of a little over 43 minutes that will be appreciated time after time. Each mini-episode includes a new singer’s song; the mini-episodes are more like animated music videos.

Original songs and animation music videos would be developed by some of America’s greatest talent for We The People. The goal with all three-minute music videos is to use the streaming platform to educate youngsters about US civics. We The People are being billed as a “music festival,” with ten episodes planned.

We The People Season 1 Review

We the People” is one of Netflix’s most informative animated series, depicting the three parts of government in the most interesting way possible. The creators have concocted a cute tale about a president with black skin. The documentary “We the People” provides a wealth of information on the government and its programs. It is certain to capture the interest of the child due to the excellent combination of music.

Chris Nee, the former Emmy winner, demonstrated his talents in the first season with an incredible music video. The show’s writers have used the song to effectively teach young adults about their rights and responsibilities as citizens, spotlighting some of society’s most sensitive issues such as same-sex marriage, the Second Amendment, country division, and much more. Chris Nee is the most underappreciated showman when it comes to telling good stories with the ability to offer life-changing truths. The participation of well-known musicians such as Brandi Carlile, H.E.R., Monae, Adam Lambert, and others has added to the excitement for the audience.

H.E.R. sings about “Active Citizenship” in the first episode, and we meet a young girl who does more than simply voting; she serves and strives to make a significant difference. In another episode, Adam Lambert sang more about the Bill of Rights utilizing stop-action imagery and cut-out photos. Cordae raps why people pay income taxes and how federal programs financed by those payments have benefitted his parents and many others he knows.

Bebe Rexha discusses immigration and how everyone may come to live in the United States regardless of origin or color. Padma Lakshmi (representing India), Eddie Van Halen (Netherlands), Albert Einstein (Germany), and a slew of other celebrities are featured in the film. The song isn’t particularly deep; it just conveys that the United States is a melting pot of cultures and that we’ll all end up as one big happy family.

In “Three Parts of Government,” Lin Manuel Miranda, Daveed Diggs, Alabama Shakes vocalist Brittany Howard, and Frozen songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez distinguish between the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government. It’s loud, chaotic, and jumps around from issue to subject, which could be confusing to young audiences. The song “All Rise” by Andra Day attempts to describe the role of the courts, although it isn’t entirely informative.

We The People Season 2 Trailer

The teaser for this new Netflix show, which is supported by the Obamas, aroused my interest. To educate and amuse, Nee uses the combined power of music and animation. We the People’s major goal is to teach schoolchildren the fundamentals of civics while also instilling a sense of patriotism through a series of ten songs. Although a 5-minute song can only transmit so much information, the series had the potential to cover a lot more ground.
