Where Is The Bear Filmed?

The dark comedy-drama series “The Bear” on FX was created by Christopher Storer and centers on Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, a talented and bright young chef who, following the tragic death of his brother, returns home to take over the family sandwich shop. Carmy has to manage a small business and his kitchen staff in addition to coming to terms with his sibling’s shocking suicide, which is far from what he is used to. He works closely with the less-than-perfect kitchen staff in an effort to simultaneously transform the family business and himself, only to discover that they are his adopted family.

The series’ generally ominous undertone draws attention to the narrative’s darker themes, such as the passing of Carmy’s brother. On the other hand, Carmy’s mental state as he works to improve the shop’s situation is reflected by the busy city and kitchen in the background. Thus, it makes sense that viewers would be curious about the locations used to shoot the comedy series, particularly the sandwich shop.
