The Willow Season 2 Release Date
The creators of Willow have been silent on a season two renewal. But it’s a mystery to us all whether the show will return for a second season. What will happen beyond the first season was not addressed by the show’s director either.
Willow Season 2 Plot
This is the beginning of the story for episode 1. Willow finally reaches the Jotunheim after a long voyage from Anderith, and the demigod of the Light, Glamdring, is there to welcome him. During their conversation, Glamdring reveals that he is aware of Willow’s intention to help his friends Freya and Andarr. Glamdring proposes that they go back to Anderith to plot their strategy for defeating Argath and his formidable supporters like Fiolr. Freya runs over while they’re talking about how she and Andarr ran into the woods when they saw a huge creature approaching.
Willow Season 2 Cast
Since casting for Season 2 has not been revealed, we have no idea who will be appearing in the show. The majority of the series’ original cast, however, will return for Season 2. Actors that will be returning include:Warwick Davis as Willow Ufgood; Ellie Bamber as Dove/Brunhilde/Elora Danan; Ruby Cruz as Princess Kit; Erin Kellyman as Jade; Tony Revolori as Prince Graydon; Amar Chadha-Patel as Thraxus Boorman; Dempsey Bryk as Prince Airk.
How Did The Filmmaker Come Up With The Idea For Season 2 Of Willow?
The show was influenced by Roger Zelazny’s “The Chronicles of Amber” books and his other works. The Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien was adapted into film for the first time in 1992 with the release of Willow. Tom Cruise plays Frodo Baggins, Nicol Williamson is Saruman, and Sean Astin is Sam Gamgee in this film directed by Peter Jackson and based on a script by Lawrence D. Cohen.
