The famous American television series is a police procedural drama that was created for the USA Network by Jeff Eastin. Neal Caffrey is a famous con artist, forger, and thief, and he is arrested by the FBI after a three-year-long chase. He manages to escape before his sentencing and searches for his girlfriend Kate. Peter Burke manages to find Caffrey and sends him back to prison.
Caffrey then strikes a deal with Burke to help catch criminals with the FBI as a part of a work-release program. Burke agrees, and here is where a relationship begins.
