Dr. Death Season 2 is a Wondery podcast that focuses on horrific incidents of medical misconduct. Laura Beil hosts and reports on the podcast, which debuted on September 4, 2018.
Season 1 follows Christopher Duntsch, a Texas surgeon who was convicted of gross misconduct after thirty-one of his patients were gravely damaged after he operated on them, and two patients died as a result of his surgery.
Season 2 follows Farid Fata, a hematologist, an oncologist who was convicted of administering chemotherapy to individuals who did not have cancer or whose health did not merit treatment. He pleaded guilty to healthcare fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to pay and receive kickbacks.
Season 3 focuses on Paolo Macchiarini, a Swiss-born Italian thoracic surgeon and regenerative medicine researcher who became known for research fraud and unethical experiments in synthetic tracheas that resulted in the deaths of several patients, as well as his former fiancée Benita Alexander’s experience, who reveals Macchiarini’s extensive fraud in their relationship in a series of interviews.
Dr. Death Season 2 Release Date
The official release date for Dr. Death Season 2 has yet to be announced. Perhaps it will be disclosed shortly.

Dr. Death Season 1 was release on July 15, 2021. The first eight episodes of the series Dr. Death Season 1 were all released on the same day. Season 1 of Dr. Death aired on Peacock. It appears that Dr. Death Season 2 will also be broadcast on Peacock.
Dr. Death Season 2 Expected Plot
The Dr. Death series is based on Wondery’s podcast. Dr. Death was invented by Patrick Macmanus. Joshua Jackson, Alec Baldwin, and Christian Slater feature in the drama Dr. Death.
In the series Dr. Death, people that go through Dr. Christopher Duntsch’s operating room for ordinary spine procedures wind up permanently crippled or dead.
Two other doctors and a young Assistant District Attorney try to stop him. The series Dr. Death has a magnificent narrative.

Season 2 will also concentrate on Paolo Macchiarini, a charming physician known for his inventive surgeries When investigative journalist Benita Alexander approaches him for a story, the boundary between personal and professional begins to blur, irrevocably affecting her life. As she discovers how far Paolo will go to keep his secrets hidden, a group of physicians halfway around the world makes astonishing findings of their own that bring the ‘Miracle Man’ into doubt.
