Carlos Saldanha created the Brazilian fantasy streaming television series Invisible City Season 2 (Portuguese: Cidade Invisvel). It is based on a story written by best-selling authors and screenwriters Raphael Draccon and Carolina Munhóz.
It follows Eric, an environmental police officer who discovers a secret world of mythological entities from Brazilian folklore while investigating the mysterious appearance of a dead pink river dolphin on a Rio de Janeiro beach and his wife’s death.

Currently, speculations suggest that the series will be released in 2022, but since the production of the series is unknown, we can expect the series to premiere in 2023, sometime between late 2022 and early 2023
Invisible City Season 2 Expected Plot
After discovering a dead freshwater pink dolphin on a Rio de Janeiro beach, Environmental Police Detective Eric (Marco Pigossi) becomes involved in a murder investigation and discovers a world inhabited by mythical entities that go unnoticed by humans. [6] As he investigates mysterious deaths that mirror those of his wife, Gabriela (Julia Konrad), he is drawn into a community of magical entities. He eventually discovers that he is a half-entity and that the river dolphin spirit Manaus (Victor Sparapane), whom he discovered dead at the start of the story, was his father.
Eric and his newfound friends discover that Dry Body, the escaped spirit of a long-dead anti-environmentalist villain, has possessed his daughter, Luna (Manu Dieguez). Dry Body is annihilating forest creatures out of vengeance and is to blame for Gabriela’s death. Dry Body transfers from Luna to Eric in search of a more powerful host and attempts to resume his killing spree. But, before the evil spirit can kill anyone else, Eric sacrifices his own life by killing Dry Body. Eric is mysteriously revived in the final scene, and as the other entities carry him into the forest, it is implied that he has been reborn as a full entity.
With season one ending on a cliffhanger, fans are eager to learn what might have happened. The show has been renewed for a second season, which will provide us with the answers we seek. Season one ended with Eric entering the world of deities almost immediately after it began. We can expect the season 2 plot to focus on Eric’s efforts to escape the realm alive. The reappearance of Eric’s ex-wife, Gabriella, may indicate that Eric is about to embark on a difficult journey that will sap his energy. Fans should also guess Fabiana and her baby’s story to be advanced in the upcoming season.
Invisible City Season 2 Expected Cast
There is no official information on the casts of second season, so fans can only speculate. Except for those who died in the first season, we expect most of the Invisible actors to reprise their roles.
Wesley Guimaraes (Isaac) of the Brotherhood died in a confrontation with the Luna, and he will not return. Eric, Camila, and Ines are expected to return because they play an important role in the plot’s development. Taina Medina, who played Fabiana in the first season’s finale, is expected to return in the second season. She and her newborn baby have a good chance of playing important roles in the second series. Fans can also expect to see new faces in the film’s forthcoming season.
