Ichika Arima voiced by Yurie Kozakai- Is a 17-year-old high school student who finds up getting Ryo’s passionate advances after saving him from falling down the stairs and giving him her lunch. Her name means “one flower,” thus Ryo probably gives her one flower every day to her residence as a method to express his affections because of this. Ichika doesn’t appear to mind Ryo’s presence, despite rejecting him each time he tries to approach her.

  • Kai Tamaru is voiced by Junya Enoki- A classmate of Ichika’s who falls in love with her.
  • Arie Matsushima is voiced by Kana Hanazawa- a coworker of Ryo’s who has affection for him.
  • Masuda is voiced by Ryōhei Kimura- Since middle school, Ryo has known his independent cameraman pal.

One can fall in love in the strangest of ways. The wealthy genius playboy Ryou Amakusa appears to be a case where this assertion is particularly accurate. One rainy morning, Ichika Arima, a girl, stops him from falling over the steps. Later that evening, just by chance, Ryou runs across Ichika again; she just so happens to be Rio’s best friend.

Wanting to “thank” her, Ryou uses his typical charming techniques to court Ichika, but he is quickly rejected since his approach frightens her. Instead of giving up, Ryou grows more enamored of her and starts to use every trick in the book to win Ichika’s heart while always getting a nasty reply.

But as time goes on, will Ichika still find Ryou’s strange but devoted approaches repulsive?

That is what Koikimo is all about.

Koikimo season 1 didn’t give us the closure we needed, and we need to know how everything proceeds. The end of Koikimo Season 1, as described later in this article, described a situation draped in confusion. When Ichika eventually summons the confidence to contact Ryo, he acts distant by saying that he is preoccupied with work and won’t have time to speak with her for a long.

What happens next? Does Ryo come to an ethereal resolution in the form of stark realizations, or do they part ways?

Koikimo Season 1 Recap

When Koikimo Season 2, fingers crossed, does cross our screens, here’s a quick jog to your mind. The last few episodes of Koikimo season 1 went like this:

Arie expresses her emotions to Ryo by saying, “Even though I have a crush, I want to make an effort to make myself like me.” In the eyes of the outside world, Ryo is more likely to go out with Arie, which makes me question whether Ichihana won’t suffer due to the age gap. However, Masuda, who Ryo seldom ever asked to drink at home, gives Ryo the following advice: “I’m unprepared, and my sole concern is with myself. I ought to act honestly.” For the first time in a long, Ryo’s father visited his house at that moment.

After their spring break, Ichika and her classmates would be third-year students. Rio informs them that she intends to practice law, and Ichika becomes frightened since she is unsure about her future ambitions. Ryo recalls the disagreement he and his father had when they were younger and responds to Ichika’s question by saying that he simply followed the route that his parents had set out for him. Ryo’s father learns about his affections for Ichika as they are eating supper at home.

A few days after their flower viewing excursion, Ichika chooses to talk to Rio about her worries because she hasn’t heard from Ryo. Ichika feels a little anxious when Rio advises her to try contacting him on her own. Rio explains to her that because Ichika can’t decide how she feels about Ryo, she feels bad for her brother. When Ichika eventually summons the confidence to contact Ryo, he acts distant by saying that he is preoccupied with work and won’t have time to speak with her for a long.
