Little People Big World Season 25 is going to be the latest installment to the superhit American TV Reality Show. The show follows the lives of the Roloff Family. They hail from Portland, Oregon, and live on a farm there. What makes this Reality TV Show interesting is that various members of the Roloff Family have some form of Dwarfism. Dwarfism is a permanent medical condition where the animal afflicted will retain its tiny size throughout its life. Any human adult whose natural height is less than 147cm can be considered a Dwarf.
Originally the show was only supposed to last till the 6th season. 14 years later the show is still going strong and is currently on its 24th Season. The Roloff Family decided to do the show as a means to teach the world more about their condition. And to show that even if they are not the same height as most people in the world, that does not make them any less human. Throughout the show we see them tackle everyday obstacles. Their condition gives them a unique perspective on life and that is what draws in the audience.
The show follows the life of Matt and Amy Roloff and their 4 children. In their family only Matt, Amy, and one of their children Zach have Dwarfism. What’s interesting to note is that Zach is a Fraternal Twin, However, his twin brother Jeremy does not have Dwarfism and is of average build. Pumpkins are the primary crop of the Roloff Family. That being said a majority of the farm has been converted into personalized playsets for each of their children. A typical episode showcases the struggles people with Dwarfism face daily as the world rarely has accommodations necessary for a person with Dwarfism.

Zach and Tori welcomed the newest member of the Roloff family. There is a lot afoot in the show now. Lots of Drama is to be expected in the coming episodes. As the sale of the Farm closes it will be interesting to see how the rest of the Roloff Family cope with the decision.

It’s sad to think that baby Josiah won’t have any memories of the Roloff farm as by the time he is old enough the Farm will be sold.
