Madagascar, a Little Wild Season 8 is an American comedy series directed by Dana Starfield and produced along with Johanna Stein. Dreamwork Animation Television produced the show for Hulu and Peacock.
The series first time premiered in September 2020 and the show is going strong to this date. The series got an average IMDb rating of 5.6/10. Madagascar is a very light-hearted series and full of comedy. It was very well received by fans as well as critics.

The show’s runners have announced the official release date for season 8; Madagascar A Little Wild, which will be by June 30, 2022. Sadly, season 8 will be the last one in the series. So don’t forget to watch this.
The season will be having 7 episodes, unlike the last season which has 6 episodes. Each with a run time of 20 to 23 minutes.
On June 20, 2022, developers will release the trailer for the upcoming season. It gives us a glimpse of the show that will be full of hilarious moments, adorable characters, and that cute fantasy set. It’s a whole entertainment package.

Madagascar a Little Wild Season 8 Storyline
Madagascar, a little wild, is a sequel to the 2005 film Madagascar, which features Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe, who lives in the rescue habitat of Central Park Zoo, New York. They may be small when they come to this place, but like all others, these guys also have big dreams. The season shows all kinds of adventures of these cute foursomes.
In season 8, we will see all these adorable heroes explore the world beyond the Central Park Zoo. In which each animal goes on their tour at a different location. Now when they are in a new place they have to meet new people and get used to it.
As the official synopsis for the show quoted on Hulu TV;

Madagascar is an animated series, so there will be voices from the cast. We are happy to tell you that all the main cast from the last 7 seasons will be back for season 8. Let us look at the main cast for the season;
- Tucker Chandler voice for Alex, is a lion cub and is the leader of the Zoosters.
- Amir O’Neil voice for Marty, is a zebra foal and is Alex’s best friend. He is well-organized, strict, and cares a lot about safety and following the rules.
- Luke Lowe Voice for Melman, is a giraffe calf. He is always in his little world and tends to enjoy it. Plus, he cares a lot for Kate
- Shaylin Becton’s voice for Gloria is a hippopotamus calf and the only female Zooster. She loves dancing and swimming.
- Eric Petersen’s voice for Ant’ney is an adult pigeon who is friends with the Zoosters. He delivers all the big news to the Zoosters.
- Candace Kozak for Pickles & Dave, who are brother and sister chimpanzees that live in trees like Zoosters.
- Jasmine Gatewood’s voice for Kate is the Zookeeper at the New York Zoo. She takes care of all the animals at the zoo.
- Eric Lopez’s voice for Carlos is Kate’s second-in-command.
- Da’Vine Joy Randolph’s voice for Ranger Hoof is a skilled military horse who often comes to the Zoo.
- Myrna Velasco’s voice for Lucia is a sloth; she loves to learn new things and teach other zoosters about the things she learned in her homeland.
- Grace Lu’s voice for Lala, is a tadpole, Gloria’s best friend.
- Charlie Adler and Johanna Stein voice Murray & Millie, are an old married couple who live around the zoo and often see zoosters.
There is no idea about any new characters right now. We will only get to know this once the season is out.
Where to Watch Madagascar A Little Wild Season 8?
Madagascar a Little Wild season 8 will exclusively premiere on Peacock. You can also view all the last seasons or any of your missing episodes on the same platform.
For US users, the season will be aired on Hulu Original. Hulu costs $8 a month and $80 for yearly subscriptions. After this, Hulu offers ad-supported in-demand programs to whatever bundle you choose.
And if you are not interested in any kind of standalone service, then you can for Disney Bundle. It offers a special discount on Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu subscriptions. However, there will be different plans for Ad-supported and without Ads access to the platform.
If you are in Canada, the show will premiere on Family Jr. which is a multiplex medium of Family Channel.
