The anime adaptation of the manga series Oriento is by A.C.G.T in the year 2022. The first season of the anime was released on January 6, 2022, with 12 episodes in total. The historical fantasy anime is written by Mariko Kunisawa and directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa. The music is composed by Hideyuki Fukasawa.

Orient Season 2 Plot Summary
The story is set in Japan during the Sengoku period. The story centers on a 15-year-old boy named Musashi. During that period, demons ruled Japan and samurai were considered taboo and were treated badly by the demons. Musashi and his best friend Kojirou Kanemaki get trained under Kojirou Kanemaki’s father and take an oath to become the best warriors that the world would remember.
Soon, people around Musashi convince him that demons are the saviors, and he should become one too. But Musashi escapes from them and realizes the truth that demons are actually the villains, and he tries to kill them using his special powers. He hides the fact that he supports the samurai, and stays away from his best friend, Kojirou Kanemaki.
After he graduates and arrives as a miner, along with other miners, they become disheartened to see how bad the miners are treated. Musashi tries to fight against the demons and reaches the verge of death, but gets saved by the Takeda samurai clan. He soon gets recovered from his injuries. He wanted to get over the humiliation he faced, so he decides to start the adventurous journey of becoming a samurai from his own clan.
In Orient Season 2 we might witness the journey of Musashi to becoming a samurai and how he defeats the demons.
