P-Valley is an American Drama series created by Katori Hall and created for Starz. The executive producers of the series are Dante Di Loreto and Katori Hall, while the production companies are Chernin Entertainment and Kat Buggy Productions.
Season 1 of the series drops from July 12, 2020, to September 6, 2020. Not only did the show earn an IMDb rating of 7.2 out of 10, but huge applause from critics, too. Moreover, the season was nominated for GLAAD Media Awards, Independent Spirit Awards, TCA Awards, and the NAACP Image Awards.
P-Valley is a series about the lives of employees working in a strip club, The Pynk, in the fictional city of Chucalissa, Mississippi. Some of them are veterans of wars or natural disasters. Some are suffering from abusive relationships while others are trying to make their lives. Behind their beautiful smiles, they all have their own painful story.
P Valley Season 2 Release Date
The P-Valley season 2 is going to premiere on Friday, June 3, 2022. About the episodes as the last season had 8 episodes. People expected that this time it will also be 8 episodes. Well, Thanks to the production house, this season will consist of 2 more episodes.
This season will have 10 episodes. Each episode with a running time of 50-60 minutes. Episodes will be released every week. From that, we can expect that the last episode will be aired on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
Although the renewal of season 2 was announced just after season 1 premiered, there is still no trailer so far. For the last two years, the season was getting delayed again and again due to some reasons. However, the production house then decided on the official date for the release of the season. We hope that this will be the last and final one.
P Valley Season 2 Storyline
In the last season, we see the story of all employees who come through the door of The Pynk. The beautiful, the disappointed from the optimistic one to the broken one. It shows the day-to-day life of dancers working in strip clubs. People from every walk of life like to gather up and share their experiences in the a-club.
Season 2 is expected to continue from left behind. So we might get the answers to all the mysteries that happened last season.
The last episode of the last season shows that the club is placed up for auction. During the auction, a shooting happens in the club. Fast forward to the next scene, a funeral is shown that might be for The Pynk.
Who died in this shooting is still a mystery. We hope we get the answer to this next season.
However, Autumn arrives at the right time and buys The Pynk from Uncle Clifford, which saves the job of all the people working at the club. From being a timid girl in an abusive relationship, Autumn makes sure to leave everyone in shock with her capabilities and another side. However, her dark past haunts her sometimes, but things may change in season 2 for her.
When darkness comes for Chucalissa, everybody tries their best to fight and survive this. Some decide to hide for the time being, while some decide to arise. But anything they do, they will not leave the ground at any cost. In the club Autumn and Uncle Clifford both fight for the throne. While, on the other hand, political disputes make sure to kick in between the fate of the casino. In these unfortunate times, things are messy for everyone.
Will they be able to survive this darkness? What about Mercedes, will she be able to chase her dream or had to compromise on it? And what do you think will happen next in the club?

Season 2 of P-Valley will be released on Starz like the last season. All episodes will be released on Sunday of every week at 10 pm ET or 2 pm GMT. Their timing will vary from area to area. So do check out your streaming schedule according to your time zones.
You can also watch episodes on Starz’s play app through Amazon Prime video. However, it’s only for UK and US users. If you have an extension then it will also be available on Hulu TV and again it will only be for US users.
Unfortunately, P-Valley will not be available on Netflix. Netflix also won’t premier season 1. We can’t say much at the hope, but I hope we see both seasons on Netflix in the future.
