There is a lot of buzz online about when the new season of the Ancient Magus Bride anime will be out, and according to the rumor mill, that year will be 2023. A couple more months will pass before we know the exact release date.
The Ancient Magus’ Bride Season 2 Plot
The first season of The Ancient Magus Bride follows Chise Hatori, an orphan, through a plot that blends elements of Dark Fantasy, Mystery, and the Supernatural. After being shunned by her community and her family, she puts herself up for auction in the hopes that someone will take her home. In the end, the Magus named Elias, who looked more like a Demon than a human, paid five million pounds to acquire her at auction.
The plot of the series will revolve around the blossoming romance between Chise Hatori and Magus Elias Ainsworth. Being the first time we’ve seen a human with a buffalo skeleton as a face, and also the thought that a young adolescent girl like Chise would accept him for who he is, are both things I found appealing about this series. The two concepts were equally satisfying to me. This reminds me of Beauty and the Beast. But on that account, the beast was far more menacing to Belle than Elias was at the start of their encounter.
However, outside the auction, Elias behaved like a gentleman throughout the entirety of the process of buying Chise. I’ll try to end on a more positive note by saying that Elias didn’t need lips to be the kind of guy any girl or guy would love to have and that I felt he and Chise made the cutest couple ever. It was obvious that Elias and Chise were meant to be together. And if they wanted to go close, he would always kiss Chise on the head with his skeleton buffalo head, which was very sweet to watch.
It’s been a while since season 1 of The Ancient Magus Bride concluded. Fans of The Ancient Magus Bride have been patiently waiting for a new season, and they are anticipating a return to the show that features both plot twists and mind-blowing animation. Season 2 of The Ancient Magus Bride will be even better than season 1 since it will include a slew of new characters sure to keep viewers engaged. The Ancient Magus Bride’s second season will have some exciting new plot twists.
