The story of Jo Harding starts in the first season of Close To Me. The same will continue in Close To Me Season 2. After a nasty fall, Jo develops amnesia and forgets the events of the past year. She returns home with her seemingly loving husband Rob but a missing phone and a series of lies reveal that not everything is as it seems.
This is where the story becomes interesting, Jo seemed to think her life is perfect, but as she starts piecing her life together again, the answer reveals things that she could never even imagine. Jo remembers that she was not alone the night she was injured. She also starts suspecting she was having an affair and wonders if Rob knew. This is where it gets even more mysterious.
In the final episode of the show After a talk with her dementia-suffering father, Jo pieces together her memories and gathers her family in the living room.
