Dead End Paranormal Park Season 3 Release Date, Cast, Plot, and More

Animated series Dead End: Paranormal Park has returned for its second season just in time for Halloween. Fans have already delved into the latest episodes, but there is no word on the possibility of a third season, and fans are already anticipating the potential of season 3. This horror comedy streaming television series created by Hamish Steele for Netflix is based on the graphic novels series DeadEndia by Steele and Cartoon Hangover’s Too Cool! Cartoons web short Dead End.

The director of this supernatural show is Liz Whitaker. It is executive produced by Hamish Steele, James Stevenson Bretton, and Tom Stuart and produced by Jen Coatsworth in association with Blink Industries and Netflix Animations. While Jen Rudin was a casting executive for the show, Julian Guidetti is the show’s composer and features original songs written by Patrick Stump.

Season two features our favorite heroes returning to defend the amusement park Dead End from an evil villain who wants to destroy it. They won’t be long before they’re forced to face off against dangerous opponents once again. Season 1 ending hinted at the arrival of angels. In light of the new season just launching, we have only a little information on a possible third season, but we’ll share up-to-date information below.

Dead End: Paranormal Park Season 3 Release Date:

Since the release of season 2 on October 13, 2022, Netflix has not officially announced if the show will be renewed for a third season or just canceled. However, if we remember clearly, the first season too did not receive an official renewal release. Fans learned the show was returning when Netflix announced its “Netflix and Chills” lineup in September. It’s likely the third season could unexpectedly drop at some point within the next few months, but very improbable.

When season 1 premiered on June 16, 2022, all 10 episodes were released on the premiere day itself, with a running time of 26-31 minutes for each episode. It is the same for season 2, which is currently available to stream and can probably be the same for a possible season 3.

Throughout seasons 1 and 2, the voice of Barney is provided by Zach Barack, Marvel’s first openly transgender actor; Norma is portrayed by Kody Kavitha “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”; Alex Brightman “Helluva Boss” voices Pugsley; Emily Osment “Hannah Montana” voices demon Courtney; Kenny Tran voices Logan “Logs” Nguyen; Kathreen Khavari voices Badyah “Deathslide” Hassan; and Clinton Leupp voices Pauline Phoenix. Being the core cast, this should be the same for season 3 as well (in case it happens!).

Barney, a trans teenager, works at a haunted theme park where he and his friends Norma and Pugsley fight demons alongside art director Dommi Fox (from Steele’s graphic novel Dead End ia). “Two teens and a talking pug team up to battle demons at a haunted theme park and maybe even save the world from a supernatural apocalypse”.

Dead End Paranormal Park Season 1 introduced fans to lovable Barney Guttman, a trans teen boy who gets a new job as a security guard at Phoenix Parks, and his dog Pugsley, a cute pug, based on author Hamish Steele’s horror-comedy graphic novel DeadEndia and web-short Dead End. He is gifted with the ability to walk, talk and do magic after being owned by a demon king and Norma Khan.

Speaking to Gaming Magazine, creator Hamish Steele said that “Season 2 continues the adventures of Barney, Norma, Pugsley, and Courtney as they become Phoenix Park’s official Demon Clean-Up Crew. But the gang will learn that demons aren’t the only thing lurking beyond Dead End’s elevator when they come face to face with the mysterious Angels.” He said that there would be ten episodes and that the team would have to “fight enemies old and new,” including “the vengeance of Pauline Phoenix,” and that “not everyone could make it out alive…” so take that as you will.
