Saki fears that Naoya would try to lure Nagisa in the nighttime when she sets her futons side by side. Rather, Nagisa is the one who starts a discussion. Saki springs up and thinks something is occurring just to find they are clutching their hands.
Nagisa wakes up early the next morning and begins to prepare meals for all three. Naoya begins to tutor her, seeing that she needs aid throughout her studies. Even though Saki feels uneasy about the whole scheme, she and Naoya persuade everyone else that they are not aware of Nagisa.
