Love and Death is an upcoming American true crime web series that will follow a murder case in which Candy is wrongfully blamed. The original story begins in the early 1980s with a murder case in which Candy Montgomery killed her friend and neighbor, Betty Gore. There is also a book based on the true story ‘Evidence of Love: A True Story of Passion and Death in the Suburbs’, and the series was also based on the book and a few articles published in the Texas Monthly.
Instead of a documentary, the series will show viewers how things changed for a happy family and the entire story in the form of a thriller series.

Patrick Fugit is an American actor best known for his roles in Almost Famous, Outcast, and White Oleander. In the series, he plays Pat Montgomery. Krysten Ritter is an American actress and model best known for her roles in Breaking Bad and El Camino. In the series, she plays Sherry Cleckler.
Tom Pelphrey as Don Crowder, Keir Gilchrist as Ron Adams, Elizabeth Marvel as Jackie Ponder, Aaron Jay Rome as Richard, Mackenzie Astin as Tom O’Connell, and Bruce McGill as Tom Ryan are the other characters in the series.

The series is based on a true story that happened in the 1980s, and it was largely inspired by the book that was written about it. Lesli Linka Glatter, an American director best known for her work on Homeland, directed the series. She was previously nominated for an Academy Award for Live Action Short Film. David R. Kelly and Nicole Kidman served as executive producers. Blossoms Films, Texas Monthly, and Lionsgate Television are among the production companies involved.
