The team that collects the highest Badges of Honor by the end of every season gets an extra cash bonus of $60,000. A tiebreaker is planned if both teams have the same number of Badges of Honor. The contestants participate in individual challenges to stay in the game and win prize money. The lowest performers are then sent to Overtime where the loser of the Overtime challenge is removed from the individual competition and towards the end, a contestant earns the title of Tough as Nails champion alongside the prize money of $200,000 and a Ford Super Duty truck.
The reality show has managed to receive a positive response for its unique format and this is something that has pulled many audiences. It features the best challenges for the contestants and it is a bit different than the usual reality shows that belong to the cooking, dancing, and singing genre.
